The entire Winning Strategies Washington team mourns the passing this weekend of our dear friend and trusted colleague, former United States Representative Bob Franks. Bob dedicated more than 30 years of his life to public service during a distinguished career in which he served in the U.S. House of Representatives, the New Jersey General Assembly and as New Jersey Republican State Chairman. After leaving public office, Bob led the Health Care Institute of New Jersey as President since 2001 and joined WSW as Of Counsel in 2005. Ebullient and tireless, Bob was a keen strategist whose guidance was sought by leaders on both sides of the aisle and whose friendship was treasured by all those who knew him. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Bob's wife, Fran, and his three daughters, Kelly, Sara, and Abigail, who are in our thoughts and prayers. Team Members |
