Congressman Frank Pallone (NJ-6th) visited the Acelero Learning Early Childhood Center in New Brunswick, NJ today to announce new legislation requiring the FDA to set standards for arsenic and lead in fruit juices. The Congressman posted on Facebook:
I’ll be discussing the APPLE Juice Act at a press conference at 12 PM at the Acelero Learning Early Childhood Center in New Brunswick. My bill will require the FDA to set standards for arsenic and lead in fruit juices to better protect children and public health.
